1. Shipping Rates & Destination

  • Shipping Destination: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Australia.

  • Shipping Cost:

     

    We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 AUD for all orders.
    (Please keep only one of the options above and delete the other.)

     

2. Delivery Timeline (Transit & Handling)

To ensure transparency, here is how we calculate your total delivery time:

Order Processing Time (Handling) Time to prepare, pack, and hand over to the courier 0 - 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time (Shipping) Time in transit from our facility to your address 5 - 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time The overall time from order placement to delivery 5 - 10 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Please note: We do not process, pack, or ship orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or Australian public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments (Order Not Delivered)

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your purchase date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer you:

  1. A free replacement order shipped to you, or

  2. A full refund of your purchase price to your original payment method.

Important Exclusions:
Please note that this 30-day refund/replacement policy does not apply to:

  • Delivery failures caused by customer errors (e.g., providing incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses at checkout).

  • Missed parcel deliveries where the carrier attempted delivery but the customer was unavailable to receive or collect the parcel.

5. Address Corrections & Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at info@australiashirts.com within 1 hour of placing your order. While we will do our best to correct the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.
